I am so amazed by your story because I’m going through that now at work I don’t know what to do and I wanna get to a point to where of the throwing my hands up and forget about it but I’m trying to go in a different thing I’m talking to God about it. I’m trying to have faith, but this job is I’m clearly over it.

Happy 2024. Some people are shady jackasses. Sounds like that dentist and his wife has issues and have major pms. Glad that you left that toxic area and you will be receiving more blessings in your professional and personal career and life. Oh no, not the dentist having all these tantrums in front of the patients!! He would not be working in my mouth..HELLZ NO!!! Why did nobody report him because there is no way!! Glad you had that discernment of that office and got out of their friend!!

I almost tried to look at the pros while working there but the cons ended up outweighing them in the end. And yes that is true!! I learned about it during my assisting class in HS.
@JayyeMichael you did the right thing. I am older than you, but at this point in my career, I now refuse to work any place where my peace is disrupted or my supervisor is always on edge. I will drive an Uber first or lose all my earthly belongings. It is not worth it, especially entertaining people who do not see your worth or value you. I don't know you personally, but from your actions, you always show a positive attitude, even when things may not always go your way and you display excellence in everything you do. Your mother really raised you well- a jack of all trades. So, I am happy you didn't continue to waste your time on less than what you deserve. P.S. I work in higher education- currently at a medical school and still want you to become a dentist.🙃
You felt entitled in the professional world when you get hired you tell all the days going to need off in advanced they hired you because they needed you there concerts are not a mandatory day off
The way the Dentist acted, reminded me how some of the Pharmacists I used to work with acted 🤦♀️ I definitely don’t miss being a pharmacy technician at all .
