As a mom of 2. I totally understand you not wanting to have kids. My two kids were planned down to the ovulation date, that's how much I wanted them, and I can confidently say that it is HARD, and I often say 10/10 do not recommend. I am a helicopter mom, meaning I am watching everything, I'm so in tune, hot breakfast every morning, packed lunches, car drop off, in line an hour early for pick up, etc etc. It is A LOT!!!! If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't have kids, not because I don't love them, but because the type of mom that I am (super intentional and hands on), it is very very stressful.

I waited 8 years after marrying my high school sweetheart and we had kids back to back. These few years have been the hardest years of my life and not only has had a toll on my body and mental health but also my marriage. I just want the years before kids back.

I have kids 3 and I don't even do all of what you do and they still love me! However I USE to do it and I was also extremely stressed out. So I made their father do it. And it's been a beautiful experience
I really appreciate this perspective, I always worry that I will regret having kids which I would hate to do. I want them to feel loved and appreciated and I don’t feel like I can guarantee I’d enjoy it.

Big Sister Advice: I love watching your content. I love the energy you bring, and I love that you look genuinely happy doing this influencer thing (I pray that's true). This doesn't have to end for you ever really. Even if RU-vid goes away, you still have your experiences to share, your personal testimony to share, and the community that you've built. As a businesswoman, you can turn this into webinars, sold-out-arena seminars, workshops, etc... I'm 30 btw, and the best advice I can give you is do what you love, whatever that is, do what you love so that you don't have to be miserable settling for anything less than that. Love your honesty on this. Women are sort of shamed for not wanting kids and are embarrassed to say they don't want kids. I wish more women could be honest about it. Too many kids being brought into the world by people who have them just for the sake of it or ticking it off a box because of societal pressure. @@jazturner16

I’m half way through your video but I had to pause to tell you THANK YOU! I randomly came across Hailey Gamba which then led me to you! As a Latina, both of you ladies are so inspiring!!! Genuine, compassionate and truly care about seeing other people in your community succeed regardless of race. That’s something I feel we lack in the Latin community with women. There’s always an underline jealousy of I want you to succeed but not more than me. It’s so sad! And I’m like you, I’ve turned very private. I’m selective with my friends. I work in an office, and about 2/3pm, I start dozing off. When I'm making bad choices, I will literally make a cup of coffee and keep it pushing. When I'm being intentional, I'll eat fruit. The fructose in it gives an immediate burst of energy. My favorites are strawberries, grapes, and apples. If I feel overstimulated, I just need a moment of silence before I can hop back in; so.. going outside for fresh air, taking a shower.. just take a second to regroup.
I feel the same way about friendships. I loss 2 friendships in the same year. I was friends with these girls since high school. I’m 34 and I know exactly how you feel about meeting new friends.

I found you from literally looking up picnics on TikTok and i remember loving that video I kept going back to it for inspo for a picnic I was planning at the time . I even purchased the jean dress from target because it was so cute 🥰 but since then I have followed on pretty much all platforms and so happy I did . I am a single mom and my number one priority in life is to be a good mother and I respect what you said about how children deserve the most love and nurturing because there are so many people out here selfishly having kids that they do not love nurture and take care of properly. I am from a very cultured area of South Florida and not when it was a "fad to move here". I was never taught about different races because I was around everyone that was different to me. Although I understood we were different skin tone but we are both human and amazing people. For instance going to places like West Virginia, that is a culture shock for me. I am a white girl that is Italian and Jewish. It makes me sad people in other states judge so much based on the color of their skin and not that content of the person. I’m in 20 mins of this video and love it. If you don’t want kids for sure don’t have them because too many people have kids and don’t take care of them. I am almost 50 and love my son but completely understand. Love that you had a “business meeting” before thinking about marriage. You have to have it. I’m divorced and it would’ve save me a lot of heartache if I had done that. But there is definitely more to marriage than love.

I have some tips for mid day tiredness. This could be a sign of a vitamin deficiency, when we lack certain minerals being tired could be a reason. I am a little late to this video, but I love how you mentioned the fact that you can always choose to be happy. I had a fight with a family member years ago over this because she didn't like it when I would mention this to her, stating that it was considered "toxic positivity". And I know I should have moved on mentally from that argument, but that "toxic positivity" comment always struck me in a bad way. What are your thoughts on this? Because I honestly do believe that people have the freedom to choose to be happy, but by no means is this a meaning to just ignore all your bad feelings. I just don't understand it when you try to be positive to someone, but they still see it toxic? Has this ever happened to anyone else in the comments?

I rate my morning performance and list a few more things I want to do before I wind down in the evening. It kinda helps me break one day into 2 and keeps me motivated! I do a morning fast as well. It’s been a game changer. I also get tired pretty easily, mostly due to certain food intolerances. So giving my body that refresh period has really helped with both energy and bloating. Protein has also been the best way for me to break that fast. Either a smoothie or some sort of meat and salad greens. Gets me right every time. And… a nice cup of either matcha or black tea.
