Firstly, let me commend you on how far you've come dear. It's not an easy journey to study and come out with a good grade as well. Secondly, please don't put pressure on yourself. I just love how sincere you are with yourself honestly. No rush just at your own pace. I wish you all the best in getting a sponsored job soon cos I know you'll definitely get it.

One thing I want to say from the knowledge I got from watching videos concerning this is that the list of sponsor jobs is not reliable. Many companies with a license to sponsor don’t even know what it is about and some companies that are not even on the list can go a long way to acquire the license if they want to keep you. I advise to just use the list as a guide but don’t depend on it. Just apply and at the interview phase, you can convince them that getting the license is a win-win as you get to remain in the UK on your end and then employee security on their end. God will surely help you!

I think it’s perfect to still talk around student visa and perhaps add some other stuffs on getting a job after school. Also, re-sponsored job, I think your approach is great and with you UK work experience already, you can ace it. I would have suggested a PR company but it is in London and they would want you to relocate.

You have done well for yourself, well done. I will advise you to first secure sponsored job in UK and obtain your permanent stay, after which you can now purse your PHD program anywhere as you like. Whatever your decision on where to settle down , you will always have the option to come and work in UK. One again Congratulations.

I can relate, I struggled to get an apartment also and stayed in 2-star hotels for a month before I got a tiny apartment. I am doing exams now and would like to find a sponsored job so that I will not have to apply for Graduate Study Visa as like you said those 2 years do not count towards residency.
