i've been waiting for some live version of this song for over 20 years! this is amazing! thank you so much for posting this rare gem! i know that CDs can only fit a certain amount of data on them so i'm sure that's why they cut out this sequence from the cast recording. It's a transitional, but vital, piece of the story that extends over music with song and lots of dialogue. STILL, it would have been delicious to have had on both Chita and Vanessa's albums. i'm dying to see a recording with Vanessa Williams doing this song!
No where to be found on the current web (2023). Compelely lost...... unless Chita has her own recordings of the show and its copy right. Here are the lyrics from what I can understand.
