I love it when he thinks he has murdered her by making her drop through the floor by him pulling that string but actually she walks st8 back though the doors unharmed and he is all scared cause he thought he killed her lol 😂
I know Im asking the wrong place but does any of you know a way to get back into an instagram account? I stupidly lost my account password. I would love any tips you can offer me
Yes, this is really Goldfinger ( German actor Gert Fröbe ) singing here. But this time with his own voice ! Whereas in 'Goldfinger', his first movie in English language, he still would have to be dubbed by British actor Michael Collins, because he couldn't speak a word of English at the time and had to learn his lines phonetically ( still to no great effort, since he often sounded too muffeld and was too hard to understand ) after his success im 'Goldfinger' he would make quite an effort to quickly improve his English skills; and only four years later Bond-producer Albert R.Broccoli would give green light for him to play ( AND SING !) Baron Bumburst in 'Chitty...' with his own voice. Gert Fröbe was actually a man with real musical talents. He had started his professional life as a caféhouse violinist in his hometown Zwickau in Saxonia, so singing in pitch was actually no problem for him. And in this role his German accent was no hinder either, just the contrary, it suited the character very well. Contrary to his screen image and the many nasty persons he would have to play here, in real life Fröbe was a very light-hearted man with a great sense of selfdeprecating humour (a character trait Germans generally are considered to have not any...), and he really loved it doing comedy, since he enjoyed it very much to make his fellow human beings laugh and smile. Playing the villains he actually rather disliked and did most of it only to pay the bills. On the set of 'Goldfinger' he would entertain his co-stars and the whole crew during pauses by doing comedic pantomimes ( one of his best was the pantomime of a soccer goalkeeper ), in which art he was quite unique. Acting solely with mimic expressions and gestures was his greatest forte as an actor !
This might be one of the funniest movie scenes I have ever seen or heard….The sheer hilarity and absurdity of it is amazing….He’s trying to kill her every minute and she always miraculously survives and scares him to death….Plus his insane breath intake….I copy that so often. I actually did it the other day 😂

Something that has occurred to me for the last several months: The adventure and the journey to vulgarea did not actually happen. This is all based on a story that mr Potts tells his children at the beach. I wonder how the kids. Reacted to the description of the baron trying to kill his wife.
as you may recall the adventure takes place in a story that Mr Potts tells his children. I am wondering how the children reacted at the description about the baron trying to kill his wife
