To describe chkmeruli chicken as tasty would be an understatement. Juicy chicken, fried in the pan until golden brown and baked in the creamy sauce with balmy herbs and garlic nothing seems easier. Ingredients:
• chicken - 900 g
• garlic big - 6 cloves
• cilantro - 30 g
• parsley - 30 g
• 22% cream - 500 ml
• khmeli suneli - 1 tsp
• coriander - 1 tsp
• dried mint - ½ tsp
• black pepper - ½ tsp
• salt - to taste
• vegetable oil - 1 tsp
You will need:
• pan
• oven
• bowl
• carving board

Preparation:
1. Wash the chicken, remove the fat and tail base. Cut the chicken into 4 pieces.
2. Pound each piece a bit, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Heat the pan and fry the chicken pieces from both sides until golden brown, for 5 minutes each side.
4. Chop up the parsley, cilantro and garlic.
5. Add the parsley, cilantro, garlic, dried mint, coriander, khmeli suneli and cream to the bowl, mix well.
6. Cover the fried chicken pieces with the prepared sauce in some baking dish.
7. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake the chicken for 30 minutes with no lid on. The chkmeruli is ready.
