i got the IGG reading at 3.26 and last intercourse was last year feb 2023. Does that mean chlamydia carries inside the blood and stay in body all the time? How long it can stay then?

So, I said it can only be possible if chlamydia can lie dormant and then later aggravated by yeast, vaginosis or staph caused by inbalance in body pH. I am not a Dr., but I really want to save my friends marriage
