CHLOE NOMADE PERFUME REVIEW | Soki London 

So interesting because this smells so vibrant and amazing on me... people, strangers, at the supermarket, have asked me what it is. I love this perfume and it doesn’t smell powdery at all on my skin.

It smells completely differently when you smell it from the bottle or on a piece of paper than it does when you spray it on your wrists or skin anywhere. To me it is very fresh, not powdery, and floral but in a unique way.

I sprayed this on myself in selfridges and I agree it is powdery and makeupy but when it sat for a while I could not stop smelling my hand there was a very unusual after smell which was gorgeous to be

I just received a Travel size to test out on my skin before I purchase full bottle. I will be buying the full Size I love it.

It's literally the ONLY fragrance ( maybe Boss Alive as well as I really like Alive ) I disagree with Soki on 😃 it smells wonderful to me and many people have complemented on and said it's unique . But it definitely smells different on everyone's skin . Me and my friend both own it and it smells completely different on her - and not in a nice way 🙊🤣 she had to get rid of it yet she loves how it smells on me . That's what I love about perfumes though - so many different dimensions ! X

No I smell no powdery sent, it's a musty smell with the smallest hint of sweet notes. It's a very unique scent

It’s a great fragrance. Long lasting and versatile. I don’t feel any powdery note here. The oat moss is the star of the show. It makes the fragrance not that feminine I reckon.

I think it smells different on you. Depending on who you are and your body chemistry. It smells very regal, sophisticated on me, like cuella deville. I think it's very evening smell, very strong, oak musk.

To me it smells like a guava tree, very fresh and very unique. I love it

Chloe Nomade is a very beautiful fragrance. I can't even describe it as it is so unique to me. Chloe Nomade is a very feminine and sensual fragrance. Beautiful and long lasting. Alluring perfume.

Hmmm. I would describe the Chloe rose perfume that way. But powdery I don’t get from nomade at all. To the point I wonder if you’ve got it confused. I find it warm, almost spicy green & somewhat plummy.

I love this a lot. Finally something different in the sea of todays mainstream fruity-florals. I dont find it powdery at all. I like the Asolue even better, even deeper and woodier,

This perfume is def for the free spirited, grounded woman! It’s more a peppery smell.

I love to layer it with a touch of La Vie Est Belle or Signorina Misteriosa.

This review is spot on. When you mentioned that Nomade kind of smells like make up, I smelt my wrist and yep, I totally get that! You also mentioned it reminding you a little of Chanel Coco and Coco Mademoiselle, and yep, I smelt my wrist and I get that too! Great work Soki x

I have gotten more compliments on this perfume than ever! Strangers even tell me I smell great. The only problem is I cannot smell it on me at all. At the end of the day I will still be getting compliments yet I cannot smell it beyond 10 minutes. I don’t know what it is. I don’t have that problem with any other fragrances. Any tips?

U r right...after awhile it smells like a lighter version of coco mademoiselle

I bought it today and it smelled fresh in the shop, but as you said it smells a bit like make up and thats exactly what I need for my work. It is funny that it blended so well on me that I can’t actually smell it 🧐

Thank you for your lovely review! I follow you with much pleasure and interest. I guess this perfume settles with much difference according on each individual skin, on mine, I would only perceive masculine notes. Given that I am huge fan of the classic Chloè EDP I was a bit disappointed at the beginning, but I understand the intent of the brand of conceiving something more “reckless” than the extreme feminine in a floral, woody, powdery mood than the former Chloè fragrances.

I disagree that the bottle doesn’t justify its name, nomade. Especially with that leather ribbon on the nozzle, it is exactly true to its name, not forgetting its shape too.

I sprayed nomade on me just trying something new, I loved it, but I think when I purchase it I will get the lotion versus the perfume.

It's not powdery at all. This sounds like a different perfume

Chole Nomade perfume, One of my favorite, the fragrance lingers on my skin and clothes, It stays on my clothes until I washes it! I layer it with Burberry touch and some days I would like to layer it with my floral perfume the classic Estee Lauder Beautiful to give it a little bit of an ooomph!

I like all Chloe fragrances and own besides the EdT versions and the "Rose" one, all of them (love story, isnt my thing, good, but the orange blossom is just to prominent for me, the fleur de parfume, is so close to Chloe signature but lasts the half, projection and sillage arent good...;), Nomade EdP was my last Chloe buy... I expected something completely different, not just bcs of the notes, just bcs Chloes fragrances are all so flowery and 100% feminin smelling, but Nomade EdP is almost a maskulin fragrance, this woody, spicy scent i totally not expected! I really like Chloe signature EdP and always rebuy it, just bcs this i can wear everywhere and in the springtime everywhere you smell jasmin, roses and all this beautyfull flowers (in austria we have 4 seasons and a beautyfull spring:)), this time fits Chloe signature so well, but its shure one of my most boring fragrances and one of the most boring ones i know (at this pricepoint and this success;), Nomade isnt boring, not unique, but interesting for a Chloe fragrance, for me.... Alien, Coco Mademoiselle EdP original, this two are my absolutely faves of all time (besides Delina, my first Niche fragrance and with Baccarad rouge 540, i have just 2 Niche ones, so my nose is more experienced with designer fragrances;), but they are just way to expensive for me, to use them everyday and i always put a perfume on when i go to bed, or also durrent the day for my projection, with a Chloe fragrance its not a thing to handle it like that, with my Chanel, or (all, besides Angel and also not Angel Muse, Angel i smell everywhere and i cant smell it anymore, Muse is just a waaay to heavy cacao bomb and you dont get this scent of, have to wash the hairs otherwise it stays on like crazy xDD), or Mugler fragrances, i never would do that on a daily bases.... Sorry, i write everytime such a long text!;) Just love it talk about fragrances, dont care if i my english is just horrible, cant stop myself🙈✌😘 glG from austria, katharina :*

To me, it smells like a men's after shave mixed with a Christmas tree. It burns my nostrils & I absolutely hate it!

It smells FRESH SEXY FLORAL SWEET I am in love with it , it is my favourite Perfume !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really enjoy this perfume.

What really upsets me about this perfume is that the actual scent and the campaign to go together at all. It's as if there was zero communication between the people that developed the scent and those that did the marketing. It feels as if both were given the name of the perfume and nothing more and each department did their own interpretation. I fell in love with the commercial and was presented with something whose opening vaguely reminds me of a cheap Central American hostel cleaning product. I never even got to the powdery part. I had to wash it off straight away.

It smells musky and mossy, not powdery at all.
