Tess keeps saying she was trying to save the world but her choice of it is more costly than anything, Chloe claims that she is trying to save lives and protect them but she is still too invasive on strangers and people that she knows. Both of them were wrong in their actions.
I didn't like it when Chloe murders Sebastian in "Identity" as it seemed like Chloe and Clark could've realistically kept Clark's origin a secret with some smartly planned deduction, and I didn't like that Oliver murdered Lex as it seemed like he could've been arrested and been tried for his crimes. However, I don't like that Chloe brings Tess back to life here - Tess has consented and it would be murder to let her die, but Tess is a murderer, and is willing to murder again. The responsible thing to do appears to be that Chloe should let Tess die. I'm actually not as adverse to Chloe and Oliver's murderous actions as I am to this one, as I can at least see where the two are coming from before, whereas this just seems irresponsible.
