You're a fking idiot, allison has a problem and we should believe in her, a real hero doesn't turn their back on people who need help the most you idiots learnt nothing from the show, infact you learnt nothing from chloe. On the show chloe even admits she would NEVER give up on clark and kept his powers a secret when chloe was at the hospital
I always thought that outside of Tom Welling Allison was the only other cast member to stay with the show from start to finish. But she actually did leave the show after season 9. She did of course come back a few times during the final season. Funny thing was instead of listing her as a guest star whenever she came back they put her back into the opening credits montage like she was a regular cast member.
I’m a Chloe fan, but I think having her move on was a stroke of genius on the writer’s part. Naturally, her and Clark’s friendship was going to change the closer Clark got to Lois and she to Oliver. Relationships change with the different seasons we go through, and the writers of the show really respected that. It was a wonderful surprise for Chloe and Oliver to discover that they had gotten married in this episode, too!
Yeah, this was poorly written dialogue. The inference seems to be that Clark wasn't naturally heroic on his own and that he lacked the desire to help people. She suggests that helping him to use his powers to help people wasn't just....a.....fluke? Long before Chloe learned his secret, Clark was saving people all over Smallville.
Pete never believed in Clark, he just supported him. Chloe knew that Clark was destined for something great and she pushed him into that destiny. For six years, she helped Clark become the hero he was always meant to be. Lois also believed in Clark and that was before she knew about his powers. Those two amazing women were instrumental in guiding him into his role as Superman. Pete on the other hand was there to help him out of a jam...but left when the carrying the secret became too hard. So yeah, Chloe believed in him first with Lois following close behind.
Pete was actually kind of a jerk. He's threatened to reveal Clarks secret more than once. Sure a few times he was under some kind of influence but their were other times where he was just doing it to get his way about something
well, sure, but it's still Green Arrow and Lois. They went with Green Arrow for the show because they couldnt have Batman and he was basically the same character anyway, which he is, and Lois once wore the Wonder Woman outfit lol
Funny thing is.... in smallville Clark could have gotten chloe... and in the comics Superman and wonder woman smashed so furiously that they reversed the earths rotation and almost destroyed the planet in the process lmfao
@marianpappas1647 I couldn’t agree more. Some say Clark didn’t love Chloe the same way she wanted him too. I don’t think that’s true. He did love her not just as a friend but feared he’d loose her. When Chloe said “you know I will always be here for you.” She was saying she loved him. Clark saying “you’ve always meant more to me.” Hinting at something IMO. For me Smallville ended in season 8. I just couldn’t get on board with Oliver and Chloe getting married. The writers had to do that for Chloe to move on and be happy with someone else but the fact is Oliver and Chloe shared a few things in common. One of which being heartbroken over past relationships. Oliver broke things off with Lois and always regretted it. While Chloe since the age of 15 was truly and deeply in love with Clark but he could never get past Lana then Lois. Chloe accepted the fact he married and fell in love with her cousin but that doesn’t mean she still didn’t love him. Love like that never dies even though she has married someone else and had a child with that person. In some other universe maybe Clark and Chloe could be together. ❤️❤️❤️🌹
She said Star City, Starling City didnt become Star City until later on Arrow, but still thats just a technicality. Plus Smallville also had a multiverse.
I always forget that they hinted at Batman and Wonder Woman in the finale season. But then I remember and it hurts because I keep thinking, "What could have been...."
I love Chloe with Oliver. Those two characters were perfect for each other...even more than her and Jimmy. This is the episode where she found out she married Oliver and I couldn’t have been more thrilled!
It's funny how they switch both Oliver's up (SmallvilleVerse/ArrowVerse), having him marry Chloe & Felicity. They could have changed up Clark too. I always hoped Chloe & Clark would have had an actual chance, besides the spring formal. She was there for him before any other. It should have been them.
I guess she's talking about Batman and Wonder Woman. Only Green Lantern was not mentioned in this show, as far as I remember. Pretty much every other member of the Justice League had a role or was at least acknowledged.
He did, He made an appearance. But not Hal Jordan tho, Alan Scott, the first green lantern. He appeared with the Justice Society on a flashback scene. But not displaying his powers tho, but we saw he was wearing the power ring. :)
@@MukuonChannel Wrong kind of Green Lantern though, this one used magic rather than being some intergalactic police officer. She probably wasnt talking about Batman and Wonder Woman though, it was an obvious reference to them but she more than likely meant Green Arrow and Lois.
For me, Chloe loved Clark the most. I wasn’t happy she got with Oliver. I never saw her look at him the same way she looked at Clark. Yes she made mistakes in the show. I go back to those lines she said to him in 2x16 “I may not be the one you love today but I will let you go for now hoping one day you will fly your way back to me because I think you’re worth the wait.” Yes she was in high school and they say you change when you get out of high school which is true but she never stopped loving 🥰 him. Season 6 I was feeling like Clark was starting to pull towards her romantically a little. Lana was with Lex and would hardly even speak to him and Lois was just still a woman who he shared some bantering with but no romantic 🥰 feelings. So Chloe he visited. A lot. In season 6. ❤️🙏🥰
I know according to the Superman story line that he ends up with Lois Lane.....BUT....I will say that i wished it could have been Chloe....because She ACTUALLY Loved Clark more than Lana or Lois combined.....Now that's TRUE Love.....!!!!
@@brentmiller2090I never understood that and it was a crappy ending. Clark and Chloe should have had a big scene after he became superman. She was with him from the beginning.
What Burns me about this is that through all the final episodes of Smallville not once were we able to see a Young Bruce Wayne or a young Diana. That would have been a great foreshadowing of the Trinity Batman Wonder Woman and SuperMan
strikeslifer Well they wanted to bring a Bruce Wanye on, WB said no - Bats and Wonder Woman are off limits... So went with Green Arrow, Black Canary, Arthur Carey and Bart Allan, the characters DC said okay to....
@@mrdragonage7446not sure about Wonder Woman, but I think there were rights issues with Batman because Batman begins and The Dark Knight were both in production during Smallville's run.
i guess this will be the official last appearence of oliver and chloe as they move to star city until they will meet clark again as superman after the series
I believe that the Dark Knight events happen in the same universe of Smallville and if you follow the timeline of the events of the Dark Knight, then during Smallville's season 10 Batman was retired... Maybe here Chloe had met Bruce and realized she could try to get him back to be that symbol of hope again... To reach his full potential again
@@alandouglasalmeida2670 thats not a deduction, thats just a theory, but there's almost zero chance of Superman existing in the Dark Knight trilogy universe. Besides, they had a comic series for Smallville, bringing the show to its full potential.
No, Christopher Nolan already stated that the Dark Knight films are set in a universe where there are no other superheroes, mimicking the Donnerverse Superman, which was actually pretty stupid considering that format was obsolete by the 2000s.
She became watchtower again when Tess died by Lex. Her and Clark are cousins in law because he officially married Lois in the comics. Chloe returned to Metropolis where the JLU main headquarters is and became Watchtower as well as a reporter for Star City Her husband Oliver’s hometown.?
Althought i was disapointed in this episode, still like this cast!. Allison Mack, your one hell of an actress!, And not bad Tom W. Going to miss this series~, just wish the writing was a little diffrent.
given chloe's gift for wordplay was a bit disappointed at the obviousness of the Wonder Woman reference even if Diana doesn't go by that name at this point
omg i am such a huuuuge batman fan that would have been soo cool if batman made an appearance, but bruce doesnt need a recruiter he works better alone and he can find his own path.
I know what you mean; I got annoyed by the fact that Bart never thought of calling himself Flash but went by the codename Oliver picked: Impulse and also by the fact that Cyborg was included bearing in mind i'm pretty sure he was never in the justice league; Given Bruce's genius they could have easily put him in the show instead
Wrong on both counts. Bart is not Barry, he's from the future in the main DC comics universe. He's called Impulse there as well. Cyborg has always been in the Justice League.
@remo687 umm no that’s incorrect. Tom has always spoken highly of her acting. She had at times so much to do on the set and she always nailed every scene whether it was dramatic, humorous or something else. My friend who lived behind my house growing up met Allison and Tom back when Smallville was on the air and she said they both couldn’t have been nicer people and were super nice to each other as well. ❤️
i love bast firens if only clakr head dicsinh with cloie in school even after chlie kkow about clark powers she head made self bat boyfirent and super hero clark and chlie hmm such weast why i am so hurti fell so bad i wish to be like this clark and chloe marid
anxofarmesto ya she would of founded the justice league, but the way she said it made it seem like she helped bruce become batman.....which is ridiculous
Because this show isn't about the Justice League forming. It's about Clark Kent's/Superman's origins only. This applies to the Flash series and Green Arrow series too.
@@98Chaosdestruction The Justice League did form. Smallville werent allowed to use Wally or Barry, or Batman, so they went with Impulse and Green Arrow. The team formed in season six titled "Justice"
@@98Chaosdestruction As for the JLA in the Arrowverse, it's eventually going to happen. The fact that it asnt formed yet on the show is probably down to DC's restrictions, they probably arent allowed to call them the Justice League and they're trying to allow it. I'm sure it'll be a thing by Crisis on Infinite Earths.

Sometimes the director wants to keep the pretty girl, and give the protagonist the ugly girl. Just saying. Chloe way cuter prettier than Loius and Lana
Batman doesn't need any help Chloe help or his advice because he's already got someone to help him fight crime and that's robin and he's got someone to give him some advices and that's his butler and good friend Alfred so he's doing just fine without without you Chloe
If this was a Batman Wonder Woman reference, she said "I met" meaning she's already seen them, she didnt give Clark any advice or guidance either, she just helped him with computer stuff. Besides, she's moving to Star City to probably become Felicity Smoak.
