Chloride Gent Fire Alarm Video 2 

My primary school had these fire alarms installed around 1976. I was there in the late 70s early 80sand by god when these went off it scared the shit out of me.

When i was a kid in boarding school (a school for visually impaired kids), we had an alarm system that sounded very similar to this, same tones, just slightly higher pitch, and faster oscillation, the sounders even looked like these, cept they were red, not black. We all HATED it, the acoustics inside the main building where the classrooms and dorms where didn't help, if anything, they just made it worse.

Omg my high school had those, i use to jump everytime they went off lol, but they didn't work sometimes
