Do you have cocoa powder? You can boil it with milk, butter, sugar and flour, and it can turn out as a chocolate sauce, and I think you can try to substitute starch with flour. I hope this helps :)

You don't need anything just boil milk and sugef untill it remain half. By doing this you can get condensed milk. After getting condensed milk put it in freezer to become cold. add chocolate in it and your ice cream is ready
Hello Royena. We have used couverture chocolate. When couverture chocolate combines with cold, it freezes instantly. But if you have normal chocolate you can need freeze it again.

@@9yearsago305 as long as it tastes good... It will be for you and your family. Who cares. When you can get out buy the stuff to make it pretty. Besides they may freeze quicker with a spoon in them. Unless they are plastic. Oh, why not break or cut off the handles of your used plasticware. Problem solved😁

Corn starch and milk powder are classified as hazardous and not allowed in my country. And I do not oppose the idea. You can use guar gum and xanthan gum instead.
