For my fellow lactose intolerant and milk allergy friends out there, you can make an alternative version. This can be made with lactose-free milk or plant based milk. I'll also be adding some recipe notes below. *Ingredients:* •2 medium egg yolks •250g plant or lactose-free milk •40g sugar •40g plant or lactose-free condensed milk •80g Dairy-free white chocolate •320g Vegan/lactose-free whipped cream *Instructions:* •Add eggs, milk, sugar and condensed milk to a bowl and blend until combined. _(If you haven't got a immersion blender, just mix with a spatula for a while instead)_ •Add to pan and heat it gently on a low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. •Take custard off stove once the consistency is a little thicker. °Sieve custard into a bigger bowl to make sure it's smooth. •Add white chocolate into the warm custard and mix until melted. •Cover with clingfilm to make sure the custard doesn't develop a skin or absorb any smells and add to fridge for 3 hours. •Add whipping cream to a bowl and whip until soft peaks. •Add whipping cream to custard slowly until combined then add to freezer mold and freeze for 10 hours. •Eat them *Recipe notes:* _Because this is a plant based version, you'll need to make some substitutions which shouldn't be too hard. It will not taste exactly milk but still tastes delicious. I've experimented twice with plant milk and lactose free milk and made the original recipe to compare. They both worked great. I preferred my plant milk version because I used almond milk. It gave a slight nutty flavour to the ice cream._ _Milk- use whatever milk you like. If you can have lactose free milk then use that or just use a plant milk you like._ _Condensed milk: Some brands use rice flour, others use coconut milk in their condensed milk. You can also make your own using your desired milk since there's plenty of recipes out there._ _Extra dairy free white chocolate- Because there's no milk powder, you'll need some more white chocolate to help with that "milky" flavour. 70g white chocolate works pretty well. It does make it a little sweeter but in my opinion it's not that noticeable. If you're really concerned you can reduce the amount of sugar you add by 5g._ _Dairy free whipping cream- There are whipping cream brands that are dairy free, just search and see what's available. You can use coconut creme instead if it's easier just be mindful it may not whip up as stiff. Search up a recipe to follow for coconut whipped creme. Also make your whipping cream of choice is super cold before whipping as that really helps._
@@SovereignOtto don't worry you can make an eggless custard. You can use cornflour /cornstarch instead. _(Some places use the name cornflour and cornstarch interchangeably. It should look like a fine, white powder, not yellow or gritty)._ Mix the cornflour with cold milk slowly, then mix in sugar. Add mixture to the pan and warm it gently until it thickens. The consistency may be a little thicker than made with eggs but don't worry it'll taste great. You can follow the recipe as normal.
"As soon as I saw this dessert, my sweet tooth went into overdrive! The combination of flavors is genius, and I can practically taste it through the screen. Absolutely delightful!"
Superb recipe. A milk-ingredient based ice-cream made in heaven. None of the ingredients was a mismatch. I simply cannot stop thinking about the recipe. Kudos to your effort for producing and sharing such an incredible ice cream recipe. Milk ice cream cannot get better and richer than this.
Use to get iced milk at the grocery when I was a kid (60 years ago) came in carton like regular ice cream. I liked it better. Could also get malted ice cream, it was great too. Haven't seen either one in many decades.
I remember it too. It really was better, except maybe not better than homemade. I've been wishing it was still around for so long, I was hoping this was it, but I don't think this is the same as real Ice Milk.
It's not just perfection it's also holy like HOLY how da heck did you make a yummy looking milk ice cream I must say even tho I'm just looking at it I can taste the flavor of goodness 🤤
My 21 year old brother suddenly died in a very traumatic way when I was 17, back in 1999. His name was Kent. I love your name on youtube. Hugs from a forever broken heart in Norway to you ❤ Take care.

I wouldn't exactly call it healthy with all that sugar and cream but it looks delicious for aure
people sell a more complex version of this in Turkey- i never knew how to make it before and this video gave me on an idea how to make something similar so thank you for that ^^
Every audio is ASMR when you are half deaf from partying and set volume to max. It's the speaker icon at bottom right of the screen. No need to thanks 8-)
Oh my goodness how delicious. I dont think you added enough dairy items to this recipe. Lol! It looks amazing and tasty, and probably has that “farm fresh” kind of flavor thats absent from store bought ice cream.
Omg, that looks so good! I’m subscribed! I grew up making homemade ice cream with my grandma and now I can make it while watching this channel. I’m soooooo excited!
The recipe is giving me semifreddo-like style, which is one of my favorite types of ice cream because the entire process does not require an ice cream machine. Thank you for this recipe, and will surely try this (and give an update soon).
I just made this recipe and everyone at home loved it. Easy to do and the result is simply excellent. Thank you for this delicious ice cream recipe.👍🥰🇨🇦
Looks delicious. But the Condensed Milk flows like Evaporated Milk. Condensed Milk usually looks thicker as it has added sugar. Please confirm which of these two types of milk is to be used as an ingredient. ?? Thank you.
@@sniper-lt9pd maybe the same where you are, but common usage here is “sweetened condensed milk” is thick and can be boiled into caramel, evaporated milk isn’t any added sugar. I’m pretty sure that this recipe uses what we call “evaporated”
@@dixiedawnmillergoode6850 I'm hearing you. Here in Australia they are totally different consistencies and tastes. Evaporated milk is very rich and would give this recipe a totally different flavour to condensed milk.
Same in Canada, Chucky. Evaporated milk is not the same as condensed milk. Condensed milk is automatically sweet and in Russia I learned it is popular to boil the can to make sweet thick caramel dessert. You cannot do that with evaporated milk, evaporated milk is actually quite unpleasant, well known from The Great Depression days and wartime. So the recipe must likely be using condensed milk and not evaporated milk.
Delicious recipe! Im gonna try making it but without the sugar and white chocolate cuz the condensed milk makes it sweeter already. Also, where can u get that popsicle mold?
