Ingredients for Crepes:
All-purpose flour: 1/2 cup
Milk: 1/2 cup
Water: 1/4 cup
Oil: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Egg: 1
Instructions:
-Mix all ingredients with a whisk until smooth.
-Pour 1/3 cup of the mixture into a hot, lightly oiled pan and cook until the crepe is set and lightly golden on both sides.
-Add strawberry slices and chocolate at the top of the crepe and fold it.
Drizzle strawberry syrup on top of the folded crepe.
