Hey I make the exact same thing apart from biscuit part. A small suggestion please strain the mixture (for beginners) to avoid lumps as cornstarch can create a few lumps.

When I followed the recipe it came out perfect! I needed to double it for a bigger gathering but it was runny and not as firm as the original recipe. I doubled all the ingredients… should I have not doubled the liquid quantity for the corn starch mixture?

When we make this cake in Turkey we don't wet the biscuits with milk or anything, they are already getting soft when the pudding is hot :)
