Snowshill is charmingly set within the Cotswold hills rising steeply around the village on three sides, its known for its exceptional unspoilt beauty and for the views over the Severn Vale to the west. An ancient road called Buckle Street crosses the parish and Snowshill Manor, owned by the National Trust, is a beautiful building in Snowshill with picturesque gardens outside and inside the amazing and eclectic collections of Sir Charles Wade: toys, musical instruments, clocks, bicycles and samurai armour and more. The beautiful cottage garden is a lively mix of architectural features, bright colours and delightful scents.

A beautiful video--thank you very much. I found it very peaceful, partly because of the lack of a soundtrack! Just the occasional swoosh of car tires. I was lucky enough to see Snowshill Manor on a coach (bus) tour some years ago. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the manor, which was being renovated, but the gardens were glorious. We saw very little of the village, since the coach just somehow got through on the narrow streets and went straight to the manor grounds. The village is really beautiful and looks particularly well preserved with very little modern development. If I remember correctly, the village is perched on the fairly steep scarp slope on the western side of the Cotswold hills and so there's not much room for sprawl!

Oh My God !!! It is so quiet !!! I don't see people walking outside for exercise, not even one person. They are hiding inside the house all day. Why people don't go out for picnics or play some sports like softball, volleyball, basketball, soccer, music entertainment, etc. It's good for their health. If I live in a place like this, I will be lazy and lazy and getting FAT by staying inside the house all the times ☹️ Feeling like a handicap 😕 Living in a quiet life like this, how can people make friends and having good neighbors ??? Boring can cause stress and depression 😵 !!!

The people of this village are probably out at work, the kids are at school and that's the reason why you don't see anyone. Or they could be out walking in the countryside. Villages like this don't tend to have basket ball courts or softball pitches on them... why would you want music entertainment when you can listen to nature instead. I think this village is perfect as it is, nice and peaceful.
