I just heard her on the radio today and didn't know her before. She sounds so passionate about real unprocessed food. This chick is so cool and her books sound so interesting and lovely. If I had money I'd get them. I would love to see her have her own TV show or You tube show. Especially doing some episodes in the West of Ireland where her second home is. Lets face it Irish tourism could use the boost.
@JaslenaLove I've never disliked a chocolate dish with hazelnuts. They're just.. unexplainibly good. xD Plus, it's not as if you need to add them in. Even if it's hard to find a way that they actually make a dish taste bad.

If you want to find out more about the channel have a look here: goodfoodchannel.co.uk
I wonder if most of the people who commented on this video are more concerned about finding a good brownie recipe or just killing time in front of the screen writing stupid comments on anything. Personally, my only interest is in learning to bake a delicious brownie and I don`t care how does the person who gives me the recipe look like.
@bigderekkeene Ha, no I'm not offended. And I don't do those silly things where people slag eachother back on forth on here. Glad to find you're not one of those. Sarcasm is the greatest form of wit when done right... Girls hate it though lol. I was honestly amazed to find that this was Daniel Day Lewis' sister... just random. Feel like saying wow, you must have it hard, you're never going to match what your brother does, lol.
@SethHesio Yeah, please forgive me, I'm a sucker for sarcasm. The lowest form of wit I know but it makes me chuckle on days like today when i'm snowed in and i've nothing else better to do! lol No offense at all intended. :-)
@lizadeeza This a paid TV programme, it from her series on the UKTV Food channel, which i think no longer broadcasts, i know UKTV History ceased. The clue is in the title of the vid for God sake, and its slightly distressing that 5 people thumbs upped it!!!
does any of u guys by any chance remember a video of two girls baking brownies and then they start talking in spanish and say HUEVA?? hahaha how can i find it?
@MizzMary100 Personally i care, looking at the nick of her hair there is no way she went through that demonstration without getting at least one of those horrid hairs in those brownies. I for one wouldnt want to be the poor sod that got the one with her manky locks in!
@2bprudent who exactly do you know that has ever applied 8 pounds of make up to there face? methinks your getting a tad carried away and you are definitley over exaggerating.
God this was cringeworthy. For a start, the butter goes into the chocolate, not the batter. Secondly, if you need to use a maurice to 're-incorporate' flour that hasn't been mixed properly, you're doing it wrong. Thirdly, if it's 'still warm', you haven't left it to COOL properly. As WARM and COOL are not the same thing. Argh.
