Around 20 years ago my interest in baking started thanks to your amazing tv shows and fantastic recipes, thank you very much for introducing me to my favourite hobby mam.

Ma'am I made this cake last Wednesday and I followed up your methods....... 😍 no words to say it, the persons who ate the cake pieces said that it was delicious..... And they thought that I was made this by my own but actually I followed up your each and every steps during the process..... the Birthday party was completely happy due to the taste of cake ..... And until now my family members are talking about the cake 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I had a very good feeling by their feedbacks. At what setting did u keep it in ur oven Both the top and bottom heating rods are on ? Or only bottom heating rods r on? And what is the size of the baking pans?

Mam which butter we can use for the icing?bcz I used astra butter and Highland. But I it's can't apply on the cake. Bcz it's come melted

Hi, egg sizes are different. Could you kindly tell me what the weight of eggs should be? Should it be 250 g worth or simply 4 medium size eggs. I weighed 4 grade AA large eggs and the weight was 206 g. I think this will affect the cake as eggs are considered liquid. Thanks
