Sorry, I had to edit and add some ingredients into grams, over cups measurements. Ingredients: For the cake batter: -2 eggs -1 cup sugar -1 cup buttermilk or (1cup milk + 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice) or (1 cup of plain yogurt) -1 cup vegetable oil -2 tsp vanilla essence -2 cups all purpose flour -3/4cup unsweetened cocoa powder -1tsp baking powder -1 tsp baking soda -1 tsp salt - 1 cup of hot water + 1 teaspoon of coffee granules. For the Cake Frosting: -1-1/2cup icing sugar/powder sugar -2 cups unsalted butter = (350grams) -1/4 cup cocoa powder For Ganache topping. -1/2 cup dark compound chocolate = 80 grams. -1/2cup heavy cream or whipping cream. If you divide the cake into two tins, cook it for half the time, 30 -35 minutes.
