This is awesome! Extra tip, to avoid the colour marbling you see at the end, place the bottle in the fridge after pouring. The chocolate colour will stay perfectly uniform and will set quicker.

+Its Roob that is a concern too, but actually when melting chocolate properly you should never let the bowl touch the water nor let the water boil, because that can burn the chocolate / give it a funky texture. =)
