These soft, with soft canter inside, fudgy chocolate cookies are sooo classy treat for any holiday celebration!
Absolutely easy to make, kids can help on the kitchen and it going to be just an amazing family day with sweet choco treat cookies as reword.

Ingredients:
Cacao powder 5 tbsp. (60g)
White sugar 3/4 cup (175g)
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. (30 ml). If you dont use butter (dairy free version) Make 60 ml of vegetable oil
Butter 1 full tbsp. or 50g
2 eggs large
All purpose flour 1 cup (150g)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsp. of powdered (icing sugar)
1. In a bowl combine together flour, cacao powder, sugar and baking powder. whisk together and set aside.
2. Butter, oil and vanilla extract mix well until combines, add 2 eggs. fix together and within 1 minute your choco cookies will be done!
3. Cover with plastic wrap the bowl and let it set in the fridge for 1 hour. The dough should be cold before baking.
4. Preheat the oven at 180C (350F). Using a spoon or Ice scoop, take a small piece of chilled dough and roll it into ball, place into a bowl with icing sugar and cover it all around.. Place on parchment paper baking sheet . Keep a space between cookies.
5. Place on a middle rank, bake for a 10-12 minutes. Done over bake the chocolate cookies. The center of cookies will be slightly soft and will set once it is cool down.
