@@SharidaM it’s pretty expensive, I bought a simple smell it, then I ordered one Too my nose , I get orange peals, Belgian chocolate, and a bed of sweet oud.

That boozy rum note in Gourmand Coquin prevents me from wearing that fragrance more often. Oh my Black Phantom is my obsession... Chocolate Greedy is very good, and when people compliment me on it they say I smell like chocolate cookies.😁 I have never invested in Orchidee vanille even though it is a beauty due to its poor performance. My most favourite chocolate fragrance is Dolce Passione from Pantheon Roma. It's so refined, rich , very sweat chocolate scent and its performance is insanely good. It lasts 24hrs on my skin. Have you tried it Sharida?

I enjoyed your video, I’m not a huge chocolate note person but you inspired me to dip my toe in … I will start with chocolate greedy because I own rose greedy and love it.
I think Orchidee Vanille is super beginner friendly. Chocolate Greedy is deep end lol. CG was my first chocolate fragrance and it still one of my favorites for sure.

Because I’m learning to appreciate gourmands I don’t have many chocolate scents but Cacao Porcelana was a must buy as soon as I smelled it. Julianna did do an amazing job duping Gourmand Coquin . I love chocolate fragrances but I don’t have a lot of them🤩🤩. Most of my patchouli fragrances give me chocolate vibes 🍫🍫. I absolutely love Tabac Rose and it was love at first sniff for me way back in 2020 😍😍. For me it’s Patchouli Imperial, Coromandel (patchouli & white chocolate) New Bond Street (cacao & coffee) Angel Muse (hazelnut & patchouli). I would also love to try Venom of Love and Chocolate Queen at some point🤩🤩. Stay gorgeous🥰🥰.
There's a decadent white chocolate fragrance by Fueguia called Xocoatl. It's quite pricey, so I haven't pulled the trigger on it yet. But it's definitely on my 'To Buy' list.
I just received that one, the cassis one, and Muskara Cacoa…very $$$…not as much sillage as you’d expect for that price point, but beautiful juice. Oh and coromandel is white Chocolate scent
I wore Gourmand Coquin the other night and I smelled so delicious! 😜 Thanks for sharing your thoughts on Chelsea Nights, that is one that I want to get my nose on. Also, I wasn’t interested in Venom of Love, but the way you described it has definitely put it on my radar!

And here I am, watching chocolate fragrances reviews when I said a while ago that I don't like chocolate in perfumes 🤣🤣 I don't know what happened but I got so interested in this note all of a sudden. I don't like Chocolate Greedy, I think that was my first chocolate fragrance turn off and I have dismissed all chocolates. It is too powdery for me, to the point that it almost scratches my throat. But, I have also discovered very beautiful chocolate fragrances which got me interested in the note. I highly recommend Une Nuit Nomade Suma Oriental, especially if you like boozy chocolate 🤩 And of course if you like Mystic Sugar that will be your thing. Dior Feve Delicieuse is also amazing. I would love to sniff Cacao Porcelana ❤️
I just bought a Montale discovery set. I love Chocolate Greedy and Roses Musk. I have those in full sizes. Try their discovery sets. Very affordable. Oudmazing and Intense Cafe are very nice.
Unfortunately Tabac Rose didn’t work on my skin but I can appreciate the scent for what it is. Although I’m not huge on chocolate leaning scents my taste for gourmands has expanded so I want to explore more going into 2023!! Keep the deliciousness coming 😉💕💕
Yeah that Tobac Rose is a very polarizing one, but I love it. I think Orchidee Vanille is one to try. Very easy to like and the vanilla is very prominent.
I bought a bottle of Cacao Porcelana back in June after trying their discovery set. I loved several of them to be fair, but Cacao Porcelana was my favourite, it is just so stunning
Thank you for putting the video out there on how to get Gourmand Coquin! I received my bottle last week. I love it sooo much! I found an alternative for it - Dua Brand Dark Chocolate, Rum & Vanilla which is incredibly close - and it is stronger (it's an extrait de parfum) than Guerlain. For a 10ml - $22, you can't beat it.
My sis in law gave me a decant of chocolate greedy last year. She didn’t like it. I need to revisit it. I also have a decant of black phantom that I recently purchased. Love that one.
@@SharidaM I personally dont get much vanilla or any orange at all in Mancera Choco Violet. So I will say they are different. Choco Violet is Nutella but as a perfume. Lol. A lot of hazelnut, a lot of chocolate but the violet makes it "perfumey" and feminine.
Orchidee Vanille sounds like something I need to try. I have something that's powdery with florals, mandarin, and chocolate, but it is a BEAST. I enjoy it, but looking for something softer.

SOTD: Vanilla Diorama This scent is a coca-cola float! Fuzziness of a soda-pop with Vanilla icecream. Imagine the sparkle and fizz of Creation-E (masculine) and replace the booziness with a rich Vanilla. For the topic at hand lol, the chocolate fragrances that I wear are Sorriso, Symphonium and Wicked Good. I simply assumed that I would not be receptive to wearing a chocolate dominated fragrance but Sorriso changed my mind. I've just started enjoying chocolate scents this fall. Thank you for all the additional suggestion for me to sample.

I hated Tabac Rose exactly because of that lemon peel note mixed with the others! Haha you called it. I am intrigued by Cacao Porcelana. Have you tried Wicked Good? That's a fantastic chocolate fragrance and so is Behold Patchouli which has chocolate/orange as its base. Mr. Gallagher tried to create a patchouli fragrance with all of its aspects amped up, and one of patchouli's facets is chocolate 🍫
I’m scared to go near the Behold Patchouli lol… most Patchouli notes don’t jive well with me. Cacao Porcelana is GORGEOUS! You get a hint of Patchouli but nothing too strong.

I feel you on the white tobacco flower note. I hate Sunshine Woman! It smells like a dirty ashtray to me. But I have Cocoa Porcelana and I don’t smell it in there. Thank God.
Orchidee Vanille is gorgeous, I love chocolate greedy as well I do have a decant coquin that sat for 6 months I wore it Wednesday and got a lot of compliments on it, great chocolate fragrance video Sharida!

My Venom is nOt performing. I’ve let it sit. I’m stuck with it, so I’ll keep it. It not beast mode. Maybe I got a dud. However I can barely smell it on me or others! Tobac rose though , yessss! ❤❤❤
I'm certain you have a dud... I would reach out to Navitus and let them know because that perfume has GREAT performance. Duds do happen so see if they will swap it out for you.

Choco violet is not good 😢something about it triggers my gag reflexes and I SOLELY wear gourmands. It smells like Oreo cream and soap PS. Call me by your name is such a beautiful dream😍
Oh its VERY rich and refined. The Patchouli and Tobacco are done very well...which were the scary notes for me lol. The Davana is what may make it polarizing but I LOVE a Davana note.
