I am battling to hear you, and I have my volume up on maximum. Please try to talk a bit louder, I do not know if you have changed your camera or microphone, but it is very diffuclut to hear what you are saying

I'm hard of hearing and I can hear her fine, but I hope that Fatima will make use of CC (subtitles) some day, I think that would help immensely for people who struggle. Edited to add that there are auto generated subtitles but I find that that when creators do it themselves it's more consistent.
