I made this today and found that if you put it in the fridge for a couple of hours and then whip it with electric beaters, it’s like chocolate mousse ❤❤❤
I tried it. The best ever ganache. Sooo tasty. Everybody at my home loved it. I just ate it a whole week keeping in refrigerator. No need for sugar syrup for moisturizing the cake also. This ganache is all rounder
That looks delicious, the process is brand new to me. I do have 1 trick anytime I use flour or cornstarch, I add it to my cold wet ingredient, mix well and it pours it pours out like liquid absolutely no lumps to deal with. But your icing looks amazing

Trust me the best ganache i ever. It was little watery could do icing but pour on the cake. I just loved the taste sooooo much. I added one small packet of dairy milk to it. Everyone enjoyed every bite of the cake. Tat tasted soooo good.

Hi. Share q lang. Kc i found this ganachrle recipe minimal in compare sa chocolate compound. Nakagawa nako ng ganyan using cocoa powder din. Nag add lng ako ng konteng sugar kc medu matabang. It turns out more ok ang taste coz nag aagaw ung tamis at bitterness. Since i saw ur video, try ko din to. Para my choices. Sabi nga the more u have choices, the merrier 😊. Tnx god my mga taong kagaya ninyo na nagsi share ng inyong talents online.
