Chocolate Muffin  

Guys i tried this with cake flour and regular flour... and it's way better with cake flour than regular flour. Another tip is to always measure the ingredients correctly pleasee! Just buy a $7 scale and you will get the best muffins, I promise. Also beat the butter and the sugar very very very very well. The sugar doesn't really dissolve but this mixes in a lot of air. Whisk your wet ingredients but fold in your dry ingredients.i would recommend baking for only 20 mins first and then if it's still not done yet bake accordingly. Keep your eye on them all THE time. Plus don't miss out on the chocolate chips. I personally prefer dark chocolate chunks but it's up to you and what you can afford. Oh, and if you don't have cake flour or can't find it just take 1 cup All purpose flour remove 2 tbsp of that AP flour and replace that with 2 tbsp corn starch. And i mean the white powdery stuff not the yellow floury stuff. . . . . I hope these tips help Happy Baking!

Made this recipe today although did not mix in the dry ingredients as vigorously as Machi was doing, preferring to mix only till just combined. Muffins turned out great... So tasty and so easy to make. Thank you for this recipe.

I’ve made this several times and my sister and boyfriend love it! My sister who can’t deal with caloric food eats at least 2 in a row!🤣 One time i was making these and used a spoon to beat them, but I didn’t knew my brother used it earlier to stir fry onions. When we tasted it the taste from the onion went right in the muffin... please if you are going to use utensils leave one just for repostery!
