I posted a quiz on a community tap, and many of you guess it right. it surprised me.
Yes, this cake is a three-layer chocolate mousse cake.
This chocolate mousse cake is sweet, tender and delicious.
It is very easy to make as it has a simple shape.
Each mousse layers are made by mixing white, milk, dark chocolate and cream.
The bottom part is a brownie-style cake sheet.
Black cocoa powder was used to give the dark chocolate color.
It's the cocoa powder that makes Oreos.
It goes very well with the mousse and looks great.
I used the Savarin mold from Silikomart, but if you don't have that, you can make it on a 15cm or 18cm round mousse ring.

7g black cocoa powder
1 egg (52g without shell)

* After whipping all the whipped cream at once, put it in the refrigerator and use it separately when needed.
However, because there is loss of powder, add 10~15g more than the required amount and whip it.

* I wanted a slightly lighter color mirror glaze, so I used Hershey's cocoa powder.
