Full Recipe:
Ingredients - Roulade:
4 egg's white, 4 yolks
2/3 white sugar
1/4 white flour
1/4 cup corn flour
1/4 cocoa powder
Ingredients - Cream:
1/3 sweet cream 38% fat
100g dark chocolate
Recipe - Roulade:
1. Separate 4 eggs to egg's white and yolks and mix the egg's white in a bowl
2. Add 2/3 white sugar and keep whipping until stable cream
3. Mix the yolks too in a different bowl
4. Mix the 2 bowls and keep whipping until unity cream
5. Add the flour, corn flour and cocoa powder and keep mix until unity.
6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and grease a pan with baking paper
7. Pour the mixture into the mold and level evenly
8. Put in the oven for 6 minutes, 200 degrees
9. Remove from the oven and turn the roll over on a large towel (as in the video)
The cream:
10. Whip in a bowl sweet cream 38%
11. Add instant pudding and a glass of milk and continue whipping until smooth
Back to the roulade:
12. When it has cooled, open the rolled roulade
13. Spread the cream evenly on it and roll it back into a roulade (this time without the towel) and put it in the fridge to cool (recommend to watch the video)
Back to the topping:
14. Boil 1/3 cup of sweet cream
15. Add 100 grams of dark chocolate to it and mix until the chocolate melts and becomes uniform
16. Take the roll out of the fridge and pour all the chocolate over it
Spread everything evenly and put in the fridge for further stabilization
