For 5 to 10 minutes on 180°c ...actually the conventional microwave oven automatically makes sound once it's preheated...

It turned out amazing it was soft fluffy and tasted so good overall the best cake I have baked yet I wanted to make something with alot of mixing because I just got a electronic hand mixer and I wanted to test it out because of my excitement and I thought to make a sponge cake and found this I subbed so I can learn more recipes from this channel

Can someone say whats this problem?? I made batter according to the instructions given here...i made using oven and beater...oven temp is okay... but my cake middle portion got cracked and it was not cooked in middle..whats it? Mine is 5 inch pan

Sorry for responding 5 months later but I hope my answer is still useful… It might be that the eggs are not room temperature or that your cake is under cooked.
