When I watched the Chocolate with Nuts episode, I never forgot the “CHOCOLATE!!!” Guy. He’s a meme and known as one of the best SpongeBob characters. I don’t even know what’s his deal? He’s just extremely insane every scene he’s in the episode. 😅

Subtle detail I love: SpongeBob and Patrick initially try to flatter the customers because they think that’s why they think purple conman fish guy is such a good entrepreneur, but only get success when they become conmen themselves.

That "Make out reef" line by Squidward completely went over my head as a kid. 😂

The Chocolate episode is probably the most quoted of any episode of SpongeBob.

I never realized that MM&BB4 went right after Chocolate with Nuts. Those two are some of my favorite episodes in the show.

It’s so good to see people react to the guy screaming chocolate for the first time. It’s the unexpectedness about it that really makes it a great joke, and I’ve lost that over time.

Chocolate With Nuts is definitely my favorite episode of SpongeBob. It’s probably the most quotable episode and almost every single joke lands. It’s lightning in a bottle!

Chocolate with Nuts is definitely my favourite. The "young lady's" mom was one of the biggest plot twists in the series. And true, that confish deserved something bad happening, but he definitely got mad when he saw how rich SpongeBob and Patrick got. And I can relate a lot to the screaming chocolate fish 😤🍫😛

Here we are guys. This is my favourite episode of not only season 3 but of the whole show. Words are not enough to say how much I adore this one(chocolate with nuts). Best episode of any cartoon (USA) ever. I can watch it 50 times. It is perfect 😊😊. CHOCOLATE

The reason why the I.J.L.S.A. failed to stop E.V.I.L. was because aside from Mermaid Man, none of them had experience. Most of their defeats were from friendly fire. SpongeBob was a victim of friendly fire from Squidward. Patrick tried to save SpongeBob, but he think through his attempt to help him. Mermaid Man accidentally hit Squidward with a water ball because of his senility, which made Squidward turn into stone and crumble. Sandy used her invisibility to try to sneak up on the villains, but forgot that being invisible meant nobody else could see her.

If I'm not mistaken the chocolate guy is the same extra who Squidward threw the Krusty Krab Pizza at who was mean to SpongeBob. Dude really changed after getting a pizza slammed in his face 😅

A little detail: usually Barnacle Boy is the one who has to slap Mermaid Man whenever that old coot's old gears pause, but this time it was Mr. Krabs since Barnacle Boy became a villain.
