113 g unsalted butter (½ cup)
50 g powdered sugar (¼ cup + 3 tbsp)
18 g egg white
110 g cake flour (¾ cup + 2 tbsp)
12 g cocoa powder (2 tbsp)
1/8 tsp salt
toasted walnuts
toasted pistachios
toasted almonds
toasted hazelnuts
