The dough came out so well but this was a tough bread to braid and shape. The filling and dough went soft really quickly and was hard to shape. I had to work quickly and take out one piece of dough at a time from the fridge. The chocolate leaked out onto the mat when i cut it and i had to wipe it off if not it will stain the next piece of dough. Phew it was tough. Am in awe of how well you shaped it in the video! Kudos!
