1/4cup whipping cream +1/2 cup grated compound chocolate + 1 tbsp butter, melt it by double boiling or microwave and mix well throughout the process till the ganache form...the ratio is 1:2 vch means 1part cream to 2 part chocolate...hope u understood dear...🥰
