Once he admitted he was there as driver of the car, he could be charged as an accessory to murder. He snitched rather than risk being charged. If he wasn't built for Prison, he shouldn't have driven the car.
It's just way to many wholes in Choke's story for any street nigga to not see that he snitched. First of all anybody that testifies as a witness for the state unless they are a civilian and not involved in the streets is classified as a snitch. Secondly, Choke is 50 yrs old, this happened in 1989 which would have made him 19 at the time not 15. It's also against the law to question or interview a minor for a crime without a parent or lawyer present. Last but not least, Choke was never charged as an accessory which means that he voluntarily gave his statement when he could have simply not said anything at all. Choke was claiming that Force dude was trying to promote a book but the book has already been out 10 yrs. Now he's saying that Jay-Z paid these dudes to smear his name bcuz he exposed Roc Nation for being rats! If anybody can't see or is still denying the fact that Choke snitched is either a fanatic of Choke or a rat themselves.

I understand 100% what you are saying but at the same time Johnny should not have mention choke name at all even if he needed for him to make a statement on his behalf. It's just like if me and one of my friends was together and I seen somebody that I know but don't hang out with him on the regular asking for a ride she give me a ride but I never tell him what I'm about to go do I'll come back to the car I've got blood on me and he asked what did I just go do and I tell him what I did. I'll get arrested and and tell the police who I was with and 5 days later they go pick up the guy that I told him I was with that means that I told on a guy when I should have just said I wasn't with nobody I was by myself. But no I involved someone that can potentially tell on me. I was always told you have a better chance a beating your case then you would having a cold offended.
Johnnie never implicated Choke is lying. Choke got caught joyriding in Johnnie's car and got arrested because Johnnie was seen jumping into that car...Choke should of took the car home when Johnnie told him to...

And this is the perfect example of having skeletons in your closet.
