I’m not a street person but I’ve been around plenty of street dudes. My ex’s lawyer gave me a copy of his paperwork which didn’t have a seal. I’ve been in positions where I was questioned by the Feds and regular police where they threatened me with everything and I never been on a stand! This guy said his uncle and a crackhead told on him and that’s how he got arrested. Choke said Johnnie told on him and his co’d that’s how they got arrested. But he never mentioned that him and the Co’d were still riding around in Force’s car. Now if they knew 2 people already told on Force why would they still be riding around in his car? Why wasn’t Choke a defendant? He said himself he was not charged. So Force told on them they got arrested, Co’d gets 6 years and Force gets 25 years and Choke gets nothing. That in itself doesn’t make sense. He also pointed out that the paperwork was the co’d’s paperwork and that wasn’t his testimony. Why does that matter? It stated he was an eyewitness and that was his statement. He took the stand for the DA. If he never made a statement he would of never been on that stand. Period!
