INGREDIENTS:
For Dough:
Maida- 2 bowl
Salt- 1 tsp
Sugar- 2 tsp
Curd- 1 cup
Oil- 2 spoon
luckwarm Water as required
Soft Dough ready
rest 2-3 hours
For Chole:
Chole- 1bowl
soaked 4-5 hours nd then boil 4-5 whistle
Masala Chole:
Oil - 2-3 spoon oil
Jeera - 1 tsp
Hing
2 Onions
2 green chilli
1/2 inch ginger
3 tomato
Make a Puree
chana masala - 3-4 tsp
salt - according to taste
Haldi powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Fresh coriander
