this Ep is still one of my favs chon's work, even 2020 and still rocking

10 years later, I just really heard 9:21-9:24 for the first time. After years of listening, I only realized that it shifts up in the key slightly just now, and it honestly just blew my mind. This version of Chon ran through interesting musical ideas really quickly, like, it can seem spazzy, but it's also poppy simultaneously. These songs are memorable, and I can hum the gist of most of them. I feel like that's what sets Chon apart from their peers.

Can you guys believe the drummer's parents hadn't even met at this time?

I love ALL CHON, but the metal style influence on this demo is badass. I always come back to each of their releases for their own vibes

I only discovered Chon about a year or two ago but I have never heard this before today. Damn 7:20 is the best part for me so far but I know im gonna come back and re-listen to this masterpiece over and over again and new parts will become my favourite. It happens all the time
