Hi Vanessa, Thank you for this video. Next I would like to see what kind of stretching and exercises you recommend before doing private and common classes. In the last 2 years I've been experiencing often pain in my left ankle, as well as at times in the achilles, after repeated pivots. Little did I know I'd caused my self a stress fracture in my lower tibia and a sprained ankle's ligament, 3 months ago 😢 I've never stretched/warmed up before classes, and I wouldn't know where to start and what to do for my ankles and tibia. Hello, sorry to hear about your injury :( you can find a serie of warm ups via "access all" membership. Warming up is always a good idea, especially after injury. But what I've noticed is that repetitive uses of a non balanced/aligned movement is often causing those injuries. I will add this topic to my list of videos to do. Take care
