Well I was gonna choose dark states (My favorite clan is Pale Moon)but all the spikes aesthetics turned me off and then I was like maybe Keter (my second favorite clan is genesis) but the Royal and gold aesthetics turned me off smh Now I’ve settled with Storicheia (it is both cute and beautiful ) and will Play Lyrical Monasterio when that comes out

It really sucks that a lot of shops in the US are going to be experiencing delays on the release date.

I downloaded dear days to relearn the game and thought dark states was cool..... but as we started having matches on games night round a friends we drew deck leaders randomly to see what we got. Unfortunately outside of the dark states and blaze maiden deck all my other decks were from the original run lol so basically we didn't stand much if a chance against the drawn overdress deck. I've gotten hold of ibuki's deletors and 2 others now. Dear days let me look at the ones available and apprehensive initially I didn't think I would love bastion but I've been smashing the game with him. His mechanics contrast how I see myself and that weirdly resonates. His whole style of using his abilities to get the win for my allies hit really well with me as oppose to the ideal of me being rl quite meek so I'd normally want to play a style that makes me the main over powered. Love bastion and look forward to using him against blaze maiden, stoichea and deletors

i have seen the card previews before this and then watching this with more interest, so i decide to choose brandt gate for 2 reasons: 1. its nostalgic cause its lore past is star gate, a nation I have played from the very beginning. 2. I actually like using the new mechanic for this nation since like you said, control the opponents field in mind

These Starter decks are so cheap, I will pick up all five. Such a neat idea to make Starter Decks come with the right amount at a absolutely sweet price. I can see them being a big hit.

A pokemon styled card game would probs work just as if not better than pokemon itself. Used to play pretend like this, going to get start decks, splitting them among friends and doing the classic Blue vs Red scenario, and pulling packs from the counter and playing against the other shop goers was sorta the journey aspect. This is good sentimentality being dragged up, love ya for it bro

I'm an old player returning having missed v series completely. I'll be going with Brandt gate as I was a big player of D police and some Nova Grappler.

I went with Sylvan King and Aurora Valkyrie.

These are really great for someone like me who mostly plays preconstructed decks. Is it just me or do these start decks seem a lot more thought out than earlier V TDs?

I'm a lifelong MTG player, but I'm finding myself wanting to give Vanguard a try because the art on some of the cards is just amazing, the whole style and variety is just so cool. I went and ordered one of each of these Starter decks after seeing how unbelievably cheap they are, would anyone know a good resource to learn how to play? Do the decks include instructions in them? Also how is the game's complexity vs Magic? More/less complex?

I've been dead set on Dark States ever since the start decks first got revealed despite being a Royal Paladin main for as long as I've been playing the game. While it is partly due to wanting a new aesthetic to wink my teeth into, the main reason I switched is due to best boy Danji resembling another one of my favorite fictional characters, Touma Akagi. Also Bruce is swole asf so that helps.
