New tier here. I bought a whiting Coq de Leon cape. Loving it so far Spk Brn. What other color cape should I get. I tie mostly nymphs. Thx

Sorry for the slow response. I just found this one. I use Medium Pardo because I bought a whole saddle and I have tons of it. I would say any of the Pardo colors and you would be safe. There are very minor differences in the Pardo colors not big enough of differences for the fish to notice

Are the feathers from the pro grade capes ok for dry flys

Fly fishing With Dylan yes they are. That is all I've used for a lot of years it's the same genetics as a gold it's just the feather count may not be as high or in cases of saddles they are less uniform in size of feather

Dear Shawn, thank you for this video. But I have a question. I'm from The Netherlands. Here it is hard to come by any Whiting hackle, even Keough hackle is hard to find here. So my question is; Do you ship personal orders to the Netherlands? And what are the costs for that if you do send it? Best and friendly regards, Harry

Hey, this might be a bit late, I hope you already have the hackle you need. But I know that rudiheger.eu and adh-fishing.de both ship all throughout europe, free on orders above like 100 euros or so. They also deduct the german tax, but you have to pay the tax in the netherlands I think.
