Gee, I don’t have a walrus stamp yet…. I’m also thinking it would be super cute to color the hat and donuts in red & green to turn it into a Christmas card. (I need to start now - LOL😅).
Really cute walrus! I have two questions: are there some brands of colored pencils that go over Copics better (Prismas, Polychromos, Derwent)? And, does using lightfast pencils over markers improve the lightfastness of the whole piece? Thank you.
Both are great atop Copic. They wouldn’t really help with lightfastness because you’re not just completely re-coloring everything-just areas that need smoothing.
Question! I love the the look of pencil, but don't have the patience for them 🙈 that's probably the main reason I chose markers when I started coloring. I really love this look too, so much more depth than just the markers. But much faster, from the look of it. But since I use Copics I color on copic friendly cardstock (Neenah or Make it crafty, which I prefer over Neenah). I'm guessing the pencils won't work as well on those papers. So my question is - how well do the markers blend on the Stonehenge?
Oh my goodness, I am so impressed bij your coloring and finished card. You did STUNNING work👌❣️ In fact, all of the design team did amazing. And the release also is amazing
Sande, this walrus came out just wonderful. Where have I been I didn't know that I could color on top of my Copic color markers. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
Your artistry really brings that stamp to life!! Love it!! Trinity Stamps is one of my favorite companies 😊 I always check their site first when I'm looking for something in particular. I absolutely love their products and their designs! I want the entire release!! 😁
I’ve always wondered why some people use colored pencils over alcohol markers. Your explanation was very helpful. If I was a walrus, this is probably what I would do with my tusk. Lol
