Appreciate this video. I've taken home the organs of a cow. I'm stoked to make my own chopped liver, fresh, with as much caramelized onions as we enjoy! My question is about the eggs. What do they do for the chopped liver? Aside from making 2 batches, 1 with egg and 1 without to find out, I ask first. :) thankyou
@@ChefrobertKhoury thankyou for the reply. I made one batch with just caramelized onions in olive oil, fresh beef liver from newly harvested cow and salt. After a day of melding it tasted phenomenal. I may hold off on adding eggs just because it tasted good to me 😊
