Ingredients
For the chicken & marinade:
500 g boneless chicken thighs (sliced)
1/2 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP White pepper
1 TBSP Cornstarch
For the sauce:
160 ml low sodium chicken stock (or water)
1 1/2 TBSP Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Oyster Sauce
1 TBSP Shaoxing wine (Optional)
2 TSP Cornstarch
1/2 TSP Sesame oil
1 TSP sugar
1/4 TSP white pepper (or as per taste)
For the rest of the ingredients:
2 TBSP Vegetable oil
3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
50 g mushrooms
50 g carrot (thinly sliced)
80 g babycorn
150 g bok choy
80 g Bean sprouts
80 g Bamboo Shoots
80 g Black fungus (optional)
1 small Onion
