Just wondering, should I attempt to learn this piece? So far, as a reference point to my skill level I am learning the Rachmanninoff Prelude in G minor. Great performance, by the way.
If you manage to learn that piece competently the Ballade is only ranked a small step up in difficulty (7 vs. 8 on a scale of 1-9). Why not? And thanks!
@@Sh1nji404yep, never give up. I started playing the piano by self learning the ballade no1 but it became really hard for my unaccustomed hands and so I sought out piece after piece in the last 5-6 years to improve. I'm definitely better than once I was but not enough to fully acknowledge my understanding of the piece but no doubt better than I was years ago. I will get there one day and so will you too, just keep on going and keep on getting motivated day by day
