His interpretation is faultless and inspiring. He is just the greatest of his generation/ Not only he is a great pianist he is also a great person. I had a chance to meet him after a recital at the Disney Hall in L.A. and was surprised to see his down to earth and humble attitude. He is just great .

Muzyka Chopina jest tak tajemnicza i głęboko poruszająca. Nie ma drugiego takiego kompozytora. Kiedy byłem w Warszawie, zobaczyłem jego pomnik w centrum miasta i zdałem sobie sprawę, jak słusznie Polacy są z niego dumni.

In 1996 I was getting divorced - in the horror and shock of it all I was listening to this Adagio of Chopin piano concerto 2 and it was the voice of God that spoke to me …. He said, encouraging me: “ Deal with the past, Live for the day, Hope in a great future ! “ My new CREED to live by - now it is 2023 - the pain of losing your family does NOT cease to exist - however, those words ring true everyday 🙌🏻🤩 We all experience loss ❤

I have listened to Lang Lang play my favourite pieces Rach 2 & 3 and Tsjaikofski 1 and although I wasn't too fond of his unique interpretation I really like this recording of Chopin's 2nd. I only started listening to this concert yesterday and was mesmerised by the second movement and I will hand it to this masterful pianist - this one is definitely more to my liking than other recordings. Well done
