That's a Lovejoy coupling between the cranks. So much cooler than these bikes people "built" bolting a bunch of aftermarket crap together with some custom decorations thrown on it.

Great one for Dave Mann. Incredible Siamese on a Maco by Slim. Reminds me of a 125cc Aermacchi Harley chopper at a local shop when I was a kid - about 12" over hard tail.

Thought I recognized those Maico fins...Bet that thing rips in 1/4 mile..."Light switch throttle" ...LOL! Some of the fabricators out there make me realize I am more of a motorcycle assembler...

That guy is like the Martha Stewart of motorcycle designers. He can build a bike out of random items pulled from the back if Fred Sanfords 50 Ford pickup truck. Coolest bike ever. 👍👍

I like Slim's attitude and confidence. That's some really custom work there. Even fabbed the rear sprocket. And that front end is bizarre. Just wish I could hear it run.

Slim's creation is a masterpiece of engineering and a way KOOL looking bike.

Slim is a mechanical genius. A drive-line brake! Who does that? Very clean build too. Lots of cool engineering on that Frankenstein. The suspension had me. Then twinning engines by cutting out one of the drive trains. Wow.

I was at that chopperfest, great show and that bike is for sure one that stood out to me among the hundreds.

Well I guess I gotta tell the to mikes that I just watched this video and believe it or not I took 2 pictures of 2 bikes at the at the chopper fest and one of them was that maiko and I got to tell yet that thing I didn't think, I thought he brought it in on a truck cause I figured he'd be crazy to ride it from wherever but I sure would love to be there when he fires it up and hear it Run and watch him write it that thing is relatively interesting anyway you guys have a good Blessed day and I'll Talk to you you later have a good one bye For Now

Hey Mike! I have a question. I have an 84 fxr, and I just got done re-doing my whole primary. My question is, how can I check the chain alignment to see what spacer I require? In one of your videos you said to take a look at how centered the chain is to the sprocket but is there a way to measure it with a caliper or it doesn't matter as long as it's visually close to center as possible
