Hey, everyone struggling with edit button. I finally figured it out. You need to go... Preferences... Advanced Tools... Then check BOTH, Audio, and Advanced editing. That should then work. Hope this helps

For anybody who got lost at the point where you bring up the menu to bring up the "Slice at Transient Markers", all you have to do is right click . I cant be the only one lol ! To right click on a Mac, press control-click ... I just found this out too lol
