Lovely 😊 today I finally made my own Goan sausage ,was not difficult,but needs patience & a will with some hope . Your Pulav is very tempting . Great work .

This looks amazing. Just wanted to know if the casing is not removed ? I mean we have to remove it right while cooking ?

If it’s a goan pork sausage, we definitely have to remove the casing.

I did not remove the casing while cooking as I didn't want the sausage to disintegrate in the pulao. Each one of us removed it while eating. You can remove it before cooking itself
