M Turkistani He said "Pure Point Guard"....The NBA only has about 5. The other four is: Ricky Rubio, and Rajon Rondo these two point guards are pure. With new editions Ben Simmons, and Lonzo Ball. Not sure what You classify Pure Point Guard as but for this meaning of Pure in the NBA is when the player at that position still exhibit the traditional or stay true his position first. The point guard job and duty first is to Create, for his teammates, get them open; yes get his teammate open. Remember that the point guard duty is not only to set up his teammate he is looking forward in anticipation where his teammates are going to be. The point is the third coach, main coach(team coach), next the assistant coach then the point guard. Majority of these Shoot first point guards does not exhibit none of those traits. So I can see why You may take Russell Westbrook first but he is not a Pure point guard. He displays in some games he may have the pureness but overall no! Westbrook has ways to go if Westbrook would even be considered a Pure Point Guard.

I don't know man. I'm not a Warriors fan at all but would love to see that happen though. The Warriors do have the best chemistry in the league and will pick things up in the playoffs after what some would call a "lousy" season(75% win pct). That core minus KD has been to the past 3 finals. Harden has only made one conference championship as the top dog on the Rockets in which he lost to the Warriors 4-1, and CP3 has only gotten past the first round a few times. I just can't see them beating the Warriors if GS is completely healthy for just 1 or 2 games out of a 7 game series. I guess we'll just have to see.

Second round is going to be interesting. We'll likely see GSW vs POR and HOU vs OKC. I'll give OKC a better shot at taking down HOU than POR taking down GSW. Who wouldn't want a rematch of GSW vs OKC? Now that a certain someone's switched sides... Not so sure who's coming out of the East anymore. On paper, TOR is WAY better than anyone else (esp. with Boston banged up), but it's still hard to ever count Lebron out, and history says you'd be foolish to count them out. They limped to the finish line last year and still face-rolled the East playoffs. The East still don't have any "superteams" with 3+ All-Stars.

i agree. i'm a warriors fan too (born and raised in the bay) but my older brother is a rockets fan so rockets are my adopted team since way back as well. been watching nearly every game for both teams this season and rockets are clearly the better team this year and are better built for the playoff grind.

Playoffs are a completely different beast. Games will be way more physical. The Offensive efficiency will not be the same and 3 Pointers will be not be going in as easily as the regular games. Just remember the 73-9 Warriors.

Life is Ball Not sure if we should use the phrase "greatest team of all time." Different rules back then. Back then you could hand check, bump players off there spot, and challenge harder in the paint without a foul being called much. There were great shooters back then but because of these old rules could not exploit there shooting ability to there fullest extent. Im not convinced steph with his small frame would get that many shots off, or kd with his small linky frame would handle the grind back then. Draymond would be too small to go up against the likes of Hakeem, Shaq, David Robinson, Patrick Ewing, Alonzo Mourning.
