Jordan put basketball on the World Map, he's the reason even average players are getting paid big time. He has set the blueprint for the new era of bball marketing & branding. He's still the reason most players around the world ball. What Lebron deserves his credit is the fact that Superstar/star players have more mobility than back then, they can leave where they want as FA. But when it comes to influence the way other play, Lebron didn't set the tone, even Steph Curry has more influence on the game right now as everybody is jacking 3p shots & tries to outscore there opponents instead on focusing on defending.
