So while people call Chris out, they better should look deeply into themselves and search their own vulnerabilities. And not only that, even if somebody did something bad, excluding and bully him is the worst thing you can do because it is not motivating him to sort his problems out. Rejection seeds more frustration and hate and those feelings are going to manifest themselves in more horror. So what you do if you continue to hate on someone like they do with Chris, calling him the worst person, a monster and say that nobody should work with him, is just going to activate a downward spiral that produces more and more negativity.
